c. You may withdraw your consent to personal data but withdrawal of consent will not be retroactive.

d. You can delete your account and personal data shared with us to privacy@theshata.com and shata will take 7 days to process your request. For clarification that all data with respect to transactions performed by you on the Platform will be retained in accordance with applicable law.

6. SHARING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

a. You acknowledge to share your personal data to internal third parties and external third parties include marketing assistance, payment processors.

b. We may disclose your personal data to third parties such as Event Facilitators and partners to enable them to facilitate service assistance.

c. We may disclose for the purpose of conducting market research and surveys.

This privacy policy may change or update occasionally and we upload revised policy on the platform. We may also share a copy to you through other means such as email. You give consent to updates made to this policy to the extent permitted under applicable law. You shall periodically review this policy for the latest information.

8. DATA RETENTION

The data we collect will retain as far as it is required for the purpose for which it is collected and retain in accordance with applicable laws. We retain data for a reasonable time even after termination of your account on the platform. Under some circumstance we may continue to retain your data for research or statistical purposes.
