a) Services includes all that enables you to arrange from the platform and also from the Event management services of Event planners, Photographers, caterers etc. who are third party service providers and updated by Shata from time to time
b) Shata collects payments from the Event Facilitators vice versa pay payments to Event Facilitators that are receive from you.
c) Any deficiency in service offered by Event Facilitators through the platform then they are solely liable and responsible and Shata and its any other affiliates neither employ nor its affiliates.
You shall have to provide proof identification to use the platform and enter to legally binding contracts under Indian Contract Act, 1872. Minors as per Indian contracts, 1872 are not competent and also other incompetent persons under Indian contracts act, 1872 shall not register as user in platform As a minor if you wish to use or transact on website, such use or transaction may be made by your legal guardian or parents on the Website.
You shall create an account on the platform and You must furnish required details. You must be above 18 years for account creation. You must warrant that Your information is genuine and true and You are solely responsible for confidentially and safety of your account. You are liable for all the activities that take place through your account.
Termination: We have right to terminate your account on receiving information of any irregular activities or proved negative reviews from the Event Facilitators.

a) Shata charges You differently for different Event Management services You opt or avail from time to time The Amount indicated at the time of booking shall be paid to Event Facilitators and any additional expenses incurred shall pay to them. Adding to that you shall pay the convenience fee for facilitating the booking and transferring payments to the Event Facilitators. The final bill is inclusive with Event Facilitators fee and additional charges and applicable taxes.
b) Your payment is non-refundable except with any guidelines given by us from time to time on different Event Management services.
c) You acknowledge that the fees and charges vary from one geographical place to another based on the demand.
d) We may use third party payment processor and any error in payment amount credit to Your account and as per the terms with Payment processor.
e) Cancellation is available for certain period and after expiry of said period no refund on the Event Management service.
Our platform is controlled and operated by Shata. All the Rights, title and interest arising out of our services are licensed and owned by us. All material on our platform includes images, videos, audios, logos any illustrations, and material on this platform is not for your commercial use. You should not copy, reproduce, republish, post, or transmit those materials in any way directly or indirectly without prior owner's consent. Violation of our trademark and Copy right is strictly prohibited. If you feel any violation of your Trade mark or copy right or other intellectual property rights then you can write to infringment@theshata.com.
You shall indemnify and our parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and our officers, employees, directors, agents, and representatives, harmless from and against any claim, demand, lawsuits, judicial proceeding, losses, liabilities, damages, and costs (including, without limitation, all damages, liabilities, settlements, and attorneys' fees), due to or arising out of your access or use to the Services or Event Management services, violation of these Terms, by You and any third party who may use your Account.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to other provisions in this clause, courts in Hyderabad shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all issues arising out of these Terms or the use of the Services.
